Moor Farm Cottage
The Booking
Payment confirms a binding agreement between the lead guest (who must be 21 or over) and the property owner.
Payment & Deposits
Full payment is taken at time of booking. We are introducing a deposit system shortly — watch this space.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].
- Cancellations made more than 31 days before arrival: full refund to the original payment card.
- Cancellations made within 31 days of arrival: we will endeavour to re-let the week and refund you minus any administrative costs. We strongly recommend holiday cancellation insurance.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in: from 4:00pm. Check-out: by 10:00am. Please respect these times.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. The sofa bed on the landing can accommodate a further 2 guests — please note no bedding or towels are provided for the sofa bed. The total number of guests must not exceed 6 at any time. Subletting is not permitted.
Dogs
Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome. A charge of £20 per dog per week applies. Dogs must not be left unattended, must not go upstairs, and any mess in the garden must be cleared up daily. Any damage caused by dogs is the responsibility of the lead guest.
Woodburner
Please enjoy the woodburner responsibly. The door must not be left open whilst the fire is unattended.
Smoking
Strictly non-smoking inside the property.
Parties & Noise
The property is for quiet holiday use only. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of neighbours, particularly after 10:00pm.
Camping & Campervans
Camping and campervans may be permitted in the garden by prior arrangement only, confirmed in writing by the owner.
Care of the Property
Please leave the property clean and tidy. Dishes washed, bins emptied. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may incur an additional charge.
Damage
Please report any accidental damage immediately. Deliberate or negligent damage will be charged to the lead guest.
Liability
The owner accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage to guests or their belongings during the rental period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
